We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will identify and resolve technical issues of the Telcell transport system and the Telcell Wallet application.


Обязанности

  • Monitor the working process of the system, inform the relevant departments if problems are detected,
  • Processing of incoming applications, and prioritisation,
  • Check/consider requests from partner operators in a short period of time,
  • Organization and control of system failure and accident elimination works,
  • Follow the process of solving problems presented by subscribers,
  • Accident classification and analysis,
  • Compile and submit reports to the head of the department, upon request.

Требования

  • Higher education in IT or finance,
  • Troubleshooting experience,
  • Technical skills (computer knowledge and ability to quickly learn new programs),
  • Software knowledge of mobile devices,
  • Fluent knowledge of Armenian and Russian and knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.
  • Communication and teamwork skills,
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills,
  • Punctuality and sense of responsibility,
  • Ability to work in stressful situations and quickly orientate,
  • Ability to make independent decisions.
