We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will identify and resolve technical issues of the Telcell transport system and the Telcell Wallet application.
Job responsibilities
- Monitor the working process of the system, inform the relevant departments if problems are detected,
- Processing of incoming applications, and prioritisation,
- Check/consider requests from partner operators in a short period of time,
- Organization and control of system failure and accident elimination works,
- Follow the process of solving problems presented by subscribers,
- Accident classification and analysis,
- Compile and submit reports to the head of the department, upon request.
Required qualifications
- Higher education in IT or finance,
- Troubleshooting experience,
- Technical skills (computer knowledge and ability to quickly learn new programs),
- Software knowledge of mobile devices,
- Fluent knowledge of Armenian and Russian and knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.
- Communication and teamwork skills,
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills,
- Punctuality and sense of responsibility,
- Ability to work in stressful situations and quickly orientate,
- Ability to make independent decisions.
