Job Description:
The Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring, managing, and expanding the company’s digital presence across social platforms. This is achieved through strategic content planning, consistent collaboration with influencers, and performance analysis.
Job responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement the social media strategy for the company and its associated brands/sub-brands to ensure effective promotion of services.
- Conduct media planning and create detailed content calendars.
- Define buying models, target audience segments, campaign objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as views, engagement rate, CTR, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and ROI.
- Provide regular performance reports by campaign and platform, aligned with the implemented strategy.
- Collaborate with the creative team for media planning and content production.
- Ensure brand representation aligns with the company's tone, visual identity, and communication strategy.
- Monitor company pages on all social platforms, track content quality, brand reputation, and audience feedback.
- Analyze competitor social media activities and provide reports and actionable recommendations.
Influencer Marketing Management
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to reach target audiences and strengthen brand presence.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage influencer partnerships based on brand alignment, audience quality, and engagement.
- Coordinate collaboration terms, oversee contract arrangements, and manage campaign budgets.
- Approve influencer-generated content, ensuring it matches brand voice and guidelines.
- Maintain and regularly update the database of influencers and partner agencies.
- Work closely with the creative team during content production involving influencers.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably in fintech, banking, digital business, or related industries.
- In-depth knowledge of platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok.
- Proficiency in advertising tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Telegram Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
- Experience with Airtable (or similar project/content management tools) for content planning, influencer tracking, and reporting.
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinking and awareness of digital marketing trends.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a result-oriented approach.
