Telcell Terminal continues to advance, and now you can use My Telcell, your personal space that connects Telcell Terminal and Telcell Wallet.
The ecosystem model gives you access to your frequently used and favorite transactions in Telcell Wallet, transaction history, and group payments. Everything you do in the app will also be available in your personal account on the terminal, and vice versa.
Important
My Telcell is available to users who are registered and verified in the Telcell Wallet app. Learn how to verify your account in Telcell Wallet here.
Log in to My Telcell with one scan
- Open the Telcell Wallet app and open the camera by tapping QR Scan on the home page;
- Scan the My Telcell QR code displayed on the Telcell Terminal screen. The system will automatically redirect you to your personal account.
Via push notification
- Select Push Notification on the terminal’s home screen;
- Enter the phone number linked to your Telcell Wallet;
- Confirm your login by opening the notification received in your Telcell Wallet app.
With a bank card
- Select Bank Card on the terminal’s home screen. (This step is optional);
- Open your Telcell Wallet digital Visa card through Apple Pay or Google Pay;
- Hold your phone with the opened card near the purple reader on the terminal.
My Telcell ecosystem features
- One verification for all transactions
After logging in to My Telcell, you no longer need to verify your identity for every transaction. Scan the verification QR code once and complete all the transactions you need.
After finishing, simply log out of your personal account. If you forget to do so, the system will automatically log you out after a certain period of inactivity for security reasons.
- Favorite and frequently used transactions
Make payments easily by accessing your list of favorite and frequently used transactions. It is instantly synchronized between Telcell Terminal and Telcell Wallet.
- Group payments
Collect payments in one basket and complete the payment with a single tap.
- Unified transaction history
Access transaction history from both Telcell Wallet and Telcell Terminal.
