Cash out from a bank account linked to Telcell Wallet via Telcell Terminal

You can now cash out from bank accounts linked to your Telcell Wallet using a Telcell Terminal.

How to do it

• On the Telcell Terminal screen, select the Telcell Wallet Cash Withdrawal from Bank Account option,
• enter the phone number registered in your Telcell Wallet app,
• select the bank account from which the cash out will be made, if multiple bank accounts are linked,
• enter the amount you want to withdraw,
• a pop-up window on the terminal screen will show in how many stages the cash amount will be dispensed,
• click Confirm or Cancel to stop the process,
• if the amount is dispensed in multiple stages, click Continue after each stage,
• an authentication window will open on the terminal screen,
• scan the QR code displayed on the terminal screen using your phone camera or the Telcell Wallet app,
• click Get Cash to confirm the transaction,
• you will receive a notification in your Telcell Wallet app about the successful or failed transaction.

What you need to know

• Cash out is available only for users registered and verified in the Telcell Wallet app.
• The cash out fee is 1.5%.
• The maximum amount for a single cash out is 100,000 AMD.

Where to withdraw cash

Cash withdrawals are available at purple Telcell Terminals located:

• at Yerevan Metro stations,
• at the following Yerevan City supermarket branches:
  • Avan, 24/7 Hovhannisyan
  • Arabkir, 60/2 Komitas
  • Davtashen, 25/5 T. Petrosyan
  • Kentron, 10 Tigran Mets
  • Kentron, 5 Mashtots
  • Malatia-Sebastia, 55/1 Raffi
  • Malatia-Sebastia, 26/9 Ohanov
  • Malatia-Sebastia, 141/5 Sebastia
  • Shengavit, 5/3 Bagratunyats
  • Kanaker-Zeytun, 15/5 Rubinyants

• Cash out is available only from accounts linked in the Telcell Wallet app.
• Cash out from the Telcell Wallet app balance is not possible.
