Cash withdrawal at Telcell Terminals and branches: now from your Telcell Wallet balance too

You can now withdraw cash both from bank accounts linked to Telcell Wallet and directly from your Wallet balance. Choose the option that suits you best: purple Telcell Terminals or Telcell service branches.

1. Cash withdrawal at Telcell branches

To withdraw cash at a branch, you don't need to do anything extra in the app. Just visit any Telcell branch with your passport (or ID card), and our employee will complete the transaction.

Terms and limits:

• Fee: 1%
• Minimum amount: AMD 1000
• Maximum per transaction: AMD 1,000,000
• Maximum daily limit: AMD 5,000,000
• Maximum monthly limit: AMD 20,000,000

2. Cash withdrawal at a Telcell Terminal

You can withdraw cash on your own at the special purple Telcell Terminals.

How to do it:

1. On the Telcell Terminal screen, select "Telcell Wallet" → "Cash withdrawal".
2. Enter your phone number registered in the Telcell Wallet app.
3. Choose where to withdraw from: your Telcell Wallet balance or a linked bank account.
4. If you chose a bank account and have several, select the relevant bank.
5. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
6. The terminal screen will show how many stages the cash will be dispensed in.
7. Tap "Confirm" (or "Cancel" to stop the process).
8. If the cash is dispensed in several stages, tap "Continue" after each stage.
9. Scan the QR code on the terminal screen with your phone camera or the Telcell Wallet app.
10. Tap "Get cash" to confirm the transaction.
11. Once the transaction is complete, you'll receive a notification in your Telcell Wallet.

What to know about withdrawing cash at a terminal:

• Cash withdrawal is available only to registered and identified Telcell Wallet users.
• The withdrawal fee is 1.5%.
• The limit per withdrawal is AMD 100,000.
