Cash withdrawal via Telcell Terminal — now also from your Telcell Wallet balance

You can now withdraw cash at a Telcell Terminal from the bank accounts linked to your Telcell Wallet as well as from your Telcell Wallet balance.

How to do it

• On the Telcell Terminal screen, select Telcell Wallet → Cash Withdrawal,
• enter the phone number registered in your Telcell Wallet app,
• choose the source: your Telcell Wallet balance or a linked bank account,
• if you chose a bank account and have several, select the bank,
• enter the amount you want to withdraw,
• a pop-up window on the terminal screen will show in how many stages the cash amount will be dispensed,
• click Confirm or Cancel to stop the process,
• if the amount is dispensed in multiple stages, click Continue after each stage,
• an authentication window will open on the terminal screen,
• scan the QR code displayed on the terminal screen using your phone camera or the Telcell Wallet app,
• click Get Cash to confirm the transaction,
• you will receive a notification in your Telcell Wallet app about the successful or failed transaction.

What you need to know

• Cash out is available only for users registered and verified in the Telcell Wallet app.
• The cash out fee is 1.5%.
• The maximum amount for a single cash out is 100,000 AMD.

Cash withdrawals are available at purple Telcell Terminals located:

• at Yerevan Metro stations,
• at the following Yerevan City supermarket branches:
