Research industry-related topics and identify content gaps
Write clear, engaging, and conversion-driven for ads, social media, sales emails, CRM, web, brochures, and other marketing assets
Come up with original ideas for ongoing publications and special projects
Prepare web content about the company and its products
Collaborate with Strategic, Digital, and Product departments across projects and campaigns
Collaborate with designers to enrich text with visuals such as images and charts
Simplify complex financial and regulatory topics into user-friendly content
Edit and fact-check content produced by other departments
Use AI tools to enhance content production and idea generation processes
Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone of voice

5 years of experience as a Copywriter or similar role
Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
Ability to write creative copy, both for large pieces of content (e.g., product descriptions) and smaller texts (e.g., social media posts, in-app content)
Solid time-management skills
Strong research skills
Familiarity with AI tools
Creativity
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, Journalism or relevant field
