Job responsibilities
- Collect and relay customer feedback and inquiries to the product team.
- Assist with daily operational tasks for Bon Market and, when necessary, for other products.
- Manage and maintain communication with existing partners and assist in establishing new
- partnerships.
- Support negotiation processes and assist with partnership agreement preparations.
- Update and manage partnership offers and promotional documentation
- Coordinate product listings, updates, and internal processes.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to execute ongoing tasks.
- Monitor key operational metrics such as product availability, user activity and other metrics.
- Participate in testing new features and product flows and provide structured feedback.
- Prepare basic weekly and monthly reports on operational metrics and partnership activities.
Required qualifications
- Strong communication skills for working with both partners and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in operational and administrative work.
- Comfort working with data and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good time management and prioritization abilities.
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Team-oriented and willing to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
