Lawyer

Job Description:

Telcell is looking for a Lawyer with a high sense of responsibility to join its team.


Job responsibilities:

• Review, editing, and compliance with the RA legislation of the company's charter, regulations, rules, guidelines, and procedures,
• Study of decisions made by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,
• Drafting internal legal acts and decisions,
• Ensuring the process of bringing the company's activities into line with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Armenia,
• Reviewing responses to customer complaints and requests,
• Ensuring legal compliance of the minutes of the Company's Board of Directors and the General Meeting of Shareholders,
• Implementation of existing processes while complying with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and the Company's current regulations, rules, procedures, and internal legal acts,
• Reviewing existing processes, making changes to existing processes as necessary,
• In case of introducing new processes, their compliance with the RA legislation and the company's internal regulations, legal acts.
• Protecting the interests of the Company in the resolution of potential contractual disputes,
• Carrying out other assignments given by the Head of the Legal Department.

 Required qualifications:

• Higher education in the field of law,
• At least 2+ years of experience in a law firm or commercial organization as a lawyer,
• Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian,
• Ability to work under deadlines, in stressful situations, and in different directions simultaneously.
• Ability and willingness to work in a team.
