Job description: 

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Product Management & Development to lead our product direction and drive innovation across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping product vision, building scalable strategies, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, user-centric solutions. You will work closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, develop new products, and ensure successful product delivery in a fast-paced and competitive environment. 


Job responsibilities: 

  • Lead market and user research initiatives to uncover customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities, ensuring continuous feedback integration into product decisions. 
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating insights into clear, actionable plans. 
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to align product direction with overall business objectives and drive innovation at scale.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to unlock new opportunities and support product expansion. 
  • Drive the design and development of innovative, user-centric product solutions that address real market needs.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to delivery and optimization, including backlog management and release planning. 
  • Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams. 
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the Product Management team, fostering a high-performance, ownership-driven culture. 
  • Build a strong, autonomous, and results-oriented team capable of delivering continuous product improvements. 
  • Define and track key product KPIs, using data-driven insights to optimize performance, drive growth, and ensure long-term success. 


Required qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in defining and executing product strategy, vision, and roadmaps in dynamic environments.
  • Strong background in market research, user research, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Experience collaborating with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to drive product initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, track, and interpret product KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and drive innovation.
