UI / UX Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. A strong focus on designing for mobile platforms is essential, as you will help craft seamless, user-friendly experiences across iOS and Android devices.

Job responsibilities

• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs,
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability),
• Design and optimize user experiences specifically for mobile platforms, ensuring usability across various screen sizes and devices,
• Running user testing of applications, software and websites,
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps,
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets,
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields,
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how applications and software function and look like,
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables),
• Identify user needs and improve on existing features and experiences,
• Plan and implement new designs,
• Identify and troubleshoot UI/ UX problems,
• Working on multiple projects simultaneously,
• Follow industry trends,
• Conduct an ongoing user research.

Required qualifications:

• Proven work experience of at least 3 years as a UI/UX Designer,
• Expertise in modern UX design tools, including Figma, Adobe After Effects, Lottie etc.,
• Proven experience designing intuitive and engaging mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms, with a strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles,
• Portfolio of design projects,
• Knowledge of wireframe tools,
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop,
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills,
• Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages,
• Strong communication, analytical and creative skills,
• Time planning and maintenance of deadlines,
• Detail orientation and excellent research techniques,
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders,
• Good time-management skills.
