Senior 3D / Motion Designer

Job Description:

Telcell is the largest fintech ecosystem in Armenia. We are building a platform where users can pay, transfer, earn, borrow, and manage their finances all in one place. We are expanding our creative team and looking for a designer who can bring our products to life — through motion, depth, and a strong visual wow-effect.

Job responsibilities

• Create animated content such as motion banners, stories, videos, and explainers – 40% of tasks,
• Develop 3D graphics and visualizations including objects, scenes, products, and mockups – 40% of tasks,
• Support visual communication in 2D formats – 20% of tasks (banners, social media visuals, email graphics),
• Collaborate closely with project and digital teams,
• Contribute to the branding of new products,
• Ensure all materials align with Telcell’s brand guidelines․

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a designer (preferably in fintech, IT, or digital agencies),
• Proficient in motion and 3D design tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender, etc.),
• Ability to develop and present creative concepts,
• Strategic thinking with the ability to offer visual solutions aligned with business objectives,
• Solid understanding of the digital environment and marketing formats,
• Experience with AI-powered tools such as Midjourney, Runway, and others is a plus․
