2007
CB License
By the decision of the Board of the Central Bank of RA, "Tel-Cell" CJSC was granted a license to carry out money transfers, processing and clearing of payment instruments and settlement documents.
Telcell Terminal
The first terminal in RA was installed and a payment was made using the first Telcell Terminal. The network continues to grow to this day, having surpassed the 4500+ mark.

Telcell Branch
The first branch was opened, which receives users every day and provides them with various services.

Telcell Wallet was launched - an application for payments.

BON by Telcell
