As a Product Manager at Telcell, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy for our suite of products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product development. Your ability to manage the entire product lifecycle, from research and development to post-release optimization, will be key to driving growth and delivering exceptional user experiences.
Job responsibilities
- Define the product vision, develop the roadmap, and identify growth opportunities.
- Continuously monitor and analyze key product performance metrics to uncover improvement and growth areas based on user engagement, usage behavior, and outcomes.
- Conduct research and analysis of the market, competitors, and user behavior to identify opportunities for product development and optimization.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Telcell’s products and services from idea to launch and post-release.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, set priorities based on evolving requirements, and manage the backlog using insights from user research, data analysis, feedback, and market trends.
- Prepare product-related documentation, including business cases, PRDs (Product Requirements Documents), roadmaps, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate effectively and closely with project management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to identify issues, uncover development paths, and come up with new solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate product progress at every stage of the development process.
- Review and improve every product update as needed before release.
- Identify areas for improvement across the product and processes.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of 2+ years in product management or a related position, preferably within a fintech or technology-driven company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data to inform decision-making and drive product strategies.
- Hands-on experience in managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritizing initiatives based on market insights, user feedback, and business objectives.
- Experience conducting user interviews to gather actionable insights and inform product decisions.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
